How it works
We first understand your parents’ preferences, routines and the kind of support they are comfortable receiving. The relationship manager then coordinates agreed tasks, keeps the family informed and maintains continuity. We do not provide medical diagnosis, nursing or emergency response unless delivered by an independently qualified provider.
What you receive
Common questions
Is this a medical care service?
No. ViRi coordinates non-emergency support and can help connect families with hospitals, clinics, labs or other qualified providers.
Can you accompany parents to appointments?
Where available and agreed in advance, we can coordinate accompaniment or transport support.
Do you offer emergency response?
No. Emergencies should be handled through local emergency services and hospitals. ViRi is not a 24/7 emergency-response provider.
